About this project
Overall objective: “Increasing capacities of young people in Kamza Municipality to face social exclusion caused by Covid-19 situation and increase their opportunities to succeed in labor market”.
There are 2 specific objectives:
1. Promote social inclusion during & post COVID-19 outbreak through innovative models of interaction to cope with imposed measures for “social distancing”.
2. Implement capacity building measures for young unemployed persons and refer them to available public social and employment services.
The project activities focused mainly on capacity building. We had prepared training modules related to digital tools for social inclusion in terms of distance, personal development, and entry into the labor market.
· 45 young people (50% women and returned migrants) were trained by providing information on digital and alternative means of communication;
· 45 young people (50% women and returned migrants) were trained in personal development and communication skills;
· 45 young people (at least 50% women and returned migrants) were trained in job search methods.
