Yesterday, we completed the three-day presentation of the third and final module of training as part of the project “Social Inclusion of Youth and Access to the Labor Market,” implemented by ISP Albania with the support of ProSeed.
What is personal development, and how can we present ourselves effectively in an interview process? These two topics were extensively covered in the training, using concrete examples. The youth were introduced to the SWOT analysis to adapt it to their personal development and to better align with the job market, making themselves more marketable. They also learned the STAR technique for interview preparation, along with additional knowledge and tips to help them approach the interview process with confidence.
