ECO DAY! An important part of the project “Social Inclusion of Youth and Access to the Labor Market,” implemented by the Institute for Sustainable Policies with the support of ProSeed, included an activity organized by the youth themselves in the area where they live and where this project has been applied. The young people focused on raising awareness among the residents of Kamza about the duty and desire we all should have to recycle, especially during these times when the frequent use of masks and gloves often results in these wastes being found on the streets instead of in the appropriate bins. The youth informed residents about the importance of the community’s contribution to this process.

During the activity, leaflets produced by the youth themselves were distributed. The youth applied communication techniques and approaches toward each other and the community, which had been thoroughly addressed in the online trainings.
