About this project
Main objective is to improve inclusive social economic development of the border regions of Fushe Arrez, Malesi e Madhe and the area of Cetinje and Podgorica.
Expected results:
Outcome (OC) 1: To improve employability and social inclusion among youth, women, long-term unemployed persons and PWDs in targeted sectors of: Rural Tourism and Hospitality Services (T&H), Circular/Green Economy initiatives (CGE), Agriculture, and Social Entrepreneurship inclusive business model;
Op 1.1 Developed joint cross-border action plan to promote employment, labour mobility and social inclusion;
Op 1.2 Increased theoretical and practical skills and employability of the vulnerable groups through tailored trainings in targeted sectors;
Op 1.3 Successful trainees acquired employment, self-employment and become competitive on the labour market;
Outcome (OC) 2: To improve cross-border businesses competitiveness through capacity building for sustainable use of local resources and market needs and prospects for continuing employment and self-employment in targeted sectors in area of Shkodra (Fushe Arrez and Malesi e Madhe), Cetinje and Podgorica;
Op 2.1 Implemented comprehensive mentorship programme for potential and existing entrepreneurs within and across the borders in targeted sectors;
Op 2.2 Implemented inclusive business plans to give the sustainability and follow up after the project completion and additional impact to local and cross-border labour market;
Outcome (OC) 3: To raise awareness of target groups and general audiences of the cross-border targeted regions about the aim, results and the impact of the Action, new employment opportunities and socially inclusive businesses models
Op 3.1. Comprehensive cross-border media campaign for promotion of opportunities and socially inclusive business models for vulnerable groups, self-employment and start-ups, especially in the rural areas;
Op 3.2 Project promotion and results dissemination achieved through the set of public events activities, promotional tools and available media channels
