The Institute for Sustainable Policies (ISP), with the support of GIZ, is pleased to announce a call for consultancy services under the CareConnect project, aimed at empowering grassroots civil society organizations (CSOs) working with migrant care workers, women, and children in Albania.
We are seeking qualified individual consultants or organizations to design and deliver a tailored training, mentoring, and peer learning program for 15 CSOs located in Shkodër, Lezhë, Pogradec, and Korçë. The assignment will take place from July to January 2026.
